Return Policy

We accept returns.30 day trial, if you do not like your product we will return it for a full refund. Easy!

Your trial period begins when the product is shipped out. If your order consists multiple items, then every item will have its own trial period. No returns can be issued after 30 days.

If you would like to return the item please email us at info@hayatidesigns.com with "Product Name-Return" in the subject line. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the product and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. The product should be in working conditions with no scratches or defects. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
